Embodied sex coaching is an approach of teaching and learning that does not involve touch from the practitioner, but invites you to explore your own body through coaching and erotic embodiment practices. You may come to these sessions alone or with a partner/s, and we can do them in person and online. 

In these sessions we will Identify the challenges and obstacles that are blocking you from enjoying your whole erotic being. I can teach you new practices to enhance your self pleasure and partner connections. I can support you in issues you have with partner connections and give you the tools to communicate your needs. 

We can explore your erotic mind, and discover your core erotic themes to support you to understand your sexuality and where your desires come from. 

We can address any tricky turn-ons and shame you are feeling around your sexuality, integrating shadows so you can be free of any guilt and shame. 

We may also work on your relationship to your body, and build up the confidence to feel more sexually empowered. 

My work is trauma informed and I have experience in neo tantra, conscious kink and ethical non-monogamy.

I am also LGBTQ+ and sex worker friendly and welcome all bodies into my practice.
