I have always been a curious person with a longing for adventure, and seeking to understand the complexity of the human experience.

I began my professional career as a designer with great success in this field, but I never felt fulfilled with the life I had created. Outside of studio hours I was constantly occupied with personal development, spiritual practices and exploring sex positive communities where I found inspirational movements, sexual healing and alternative models for relating.

From BDSM to tantra, polyamory to celibacy, mediation, yoga, aerial silks and dance. My longing to know my authentic self and feel safe in my body has been a journey that will continue to unfold.

Through my own sexual healing, embodied practices and the support of all my teachers along the way, I am now living a life of pleasure and passion, in my beautiful body that I love and respect.

I wish the same for all humans, I wish for sexual liberation and a world filled with more love and less shame. I wish for us all to come home to our bodies.
